Apple Tart - French Dessert

Ingredients

  • 6 piece Apple
  • 2 tbsp Fine Semolina
  • 250 g All-purpose flour
  • 125 g Butter
  • 1 sachet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 50 ml Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, softened butter, vanilla sugar, and water.

  3. Roll out the dough and place it in a tart pan.

  4. Sprinkle semolina over the dough.

  5. Arrange apple slices on top of the semolina.

  6. Sprinkle cinnamon over the apples.

  7. Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
