Ingredients
- 150 g Granulated sugar
- 150 g Soft butter
- 75 g All-purpose flour
- 75 g Corn starch
- 4 piece Egg yolks
- 2 piece Egg whites
- 8 g baking powder
- 67 to_taste Powdered sugar
- 67 to_taste lemon zest
Instructions

Combine granulated sugar and lemon zest in a food processor. Process for 10 seconds until pulverized. Set aside.

Add soft butter and the pulverized sugar mixture to the food processor. Mix for 2 minutes.

Add the egg yolks and egg whites to the mixture. Mix for 1 minute.

Add all-purpose flour, cornstarch and baking powder to the mixture. Mix for 30 seconds.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
