- 800 g Pumpkin (grams)
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 piece Rosemary
- 1 to_taste Salt
- 1 to_taste Black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and filaments, then cut it into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix the pumpkin with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the pumpkin is tender and golden brown.

Serve the pumpkin side dish hot.
