- 400 g coconut milk (milliliters)
- 200 g Tomato sauce (milliliters)
- 1 piece Onion (chopped)
- 1 piece Red bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions

Cut the chicken into pieces.

In a pot, brown the chicken pieces in olive oil.

Add the chopped onion and sliced red bell pepper. Cook until softened.

Pour in the tomato sauce and coconut milk.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Simmer for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
