Ingredients
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 500 g Salmon fillet
- 125 g Panko breadcrumbs
- 0.5 piece lemon juice (Juice of ½ lemon)
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 small bunch Dill (Chopped)
- 2.5 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 67 Salt (To taste)
- 67 Black pepper (To taste)
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Capers (Chopped)
- 0.5 piece lemon juice (Juice of ½ lemon)
- 4 piece Burger buns

(Use firm tofu for a vegan option)

Instructions

Chop the smoked salmon and salmon fillet into small pieces. Combine in a bowl with panko breadcrumbs, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.

Mix well and shape into 4 burgers.

Prepare the lemon and caper mayonnaise by mixing mayonnaise, chopped capers, and lemon juice in a small bowl.

Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the salmon burgers for 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve the salmon burgers in burger buns with a generous dollop of lemon and caper mayonnaise.
