Baked seafood platter - Italian Main Course

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Mixed seafood
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 bunch Parsley (Chopped)
  • 1 to_taste Salt
  • 1 to_taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Clean seafood thoroughly.

  3. In a large bowl, combine seafood, minced garlic, olive oil, white wine, and chopped parsley.

  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. Arrange the seafood mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until seafood is cooked through and tender.

  7. Serve immediately.
