- 1 kg Mixed seafood
- 2 clove Garlic
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 bunch Parsley (Chopped)
- 1 to_taste Salt
- 1 to_taste Black pepper

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Clean seafood thoroughly.

In a large bowl, combine seafood, minced garlic, olive oil, white wine, and chopped parsley.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Arrange the seafood mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
