- 3 piece Eggs

- 2 cup Blueberries (fresh)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (for glaze)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.

Alternately add dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Fold in blueberries gently.

Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice to make glaze. Drizzle over cooled cake before serving.
