- 500 g white fish fillets (Cut into strips)
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 0.5 cup Beer
- 2 cup Cabbage (Shredded)
- 1 piece Carrot (Grated)
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 1 piece Lime (Juice)
- 8 piece Tortilla (wheat)
Instructions

Cut the fish into strips.

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and beer until a smooth batter forms.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Dip the fish strips in the batter and carefully place them in the hot oil.

Fry the fish for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the fish from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Warm the tortillas.

Fill each tortilla with fried fish, shredded cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, and lime juice.
