Ingredients
- 500 g Minced beef
- 12 piece lasagne sheets
- 1 piece Yellow onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 piece Celery stalk
- 2 piece Carrot
- 200 g Tomato purée
- 200 ml red wine
- 200 g Grated cheese
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions

Finely chop the onion, garlic, celery, and carrots.

Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté the chopped vegetables until softened.

Add the minced beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Pour in the red wine and let it simmer for a few minutes until reduced.

Stir in the tomato purée and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a baking dish, layer the meat sauce, lasagne sheets, and grated cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese.

Sprinkle Parmesan on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
