Linguini with Olives and Tomatoes - Italian Pasta

Ingredients

  • 300 g Linguini
  • 1 cup Olives
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook linguini according to package directions until al dente.

  2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  4. Add olives and tomatoes to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sauce.

  7. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
