Ingredients
- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 4 piece Ham
- 100 g Emmental cheese
- 1 piece Egg yolks
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Cut the puff pastry into desired shapes (squares, rectangles, etc.).

Place a slice of ham and some grated Emmental cheese on one half of each pastry shape.

Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling to create a turnover.

Brush the top of each turnover with egg yolk.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve warm.
