Quick Puff Pastry Snack - French Main Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
  • 4 piece Ham
  • 100 g Emmental cheese
  • 1 piece Egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Cut the puff pastry into desired shapes (squares, rectangles, etc.).

  3. Place a slice of ham and some grated Emmental cheese on one half of each pastry shape.

  4. Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling to create a turnover.

  5. Brush the top of each turnover with egg yolk.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  7. Serve warm.
