- 175 g Self-raising flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Golden caster sugar
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Melted butter
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil (plus extra for frying)

Instructions

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.

Create a well in the center, then add eggs, melted butter and milk. Whisk until smooth.

Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.

Pour 2-3 tablespoons of batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and fluffy.

Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
