Balsamic Salad Dressing - Italian Other

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 piece Shallot
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Honey
    Alternative: Agave nectar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jam jar with a lid.

  2. Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

  3. Taste and add honey or agave nectar if desired.

  4. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to three days. Shake again before serving over salad.
