Chicken Breast with Artichokes - Italian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 piece Chicken breast
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 to_taste Salt
  • 1 to_taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  4. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.

  5. Add artichoke hearts to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

  6. Serve immediately.
