Herb Crusted Lamb Rack - French Main Course

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Lamb rack
  • 2 piece Shallot
  • 3 tbsp Parsley (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp chervil (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Tarragon (Chopped)
  • 4 piece White bread (Crumbled)
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 1 to_taste Salt
  • 1 to_taste Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 430°F (220°C).

  2. Finely chop the shallots, parsley, chervil, and tarragon.

  3. In a bowl, combine the chopped herbs, crumbled bread, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add olive oil to the herb mixture and mix well.

  5. Coat the lamb rack with the herb mixture, pressing it firmly to adhere.

  6. Place the lamb rack in a roasting pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.

  7. Let the lamb rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
