Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 piece Onion
- 3 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Curry powder
- 3 tbsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1.5 tsp chilli powder
- 2 can coconut milk
- 1 can Chopped tomatoes
- 67 Salt
- 67 Black pepper
Instructions

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onions and cook, stirring regularly, until softened and browned (about 10 minutes).

Add the garlic and spices and cook, stirring continuously, for about 2 minutes, or until fragrant.

Pour in the coconut milk and chopped tomatoes. Season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
