Coconut Curry Sauce - Indian Main course

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 piece Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Curry powder
  • 3 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1.5 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 can coconut milk
  • 1 can Chopped tomatoes
  • 67 Salt
  • 67 Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onions and cook, stirring regularly, until softened and browned (about 10 minutes).

  2. Add the garlic and spices and cook, stirring continuously, for about 2 minutes, or until fragrant.

  3. Pour in the coconut milk and chopped tomatoes. Season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
