- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 piece Eggs

- 1 tsp Black pepper

Butter
Alternative: vegan butter
- 0.25 cup All-purpose flour

Heavy cream
Alternative: coconut cream
- 2 tbsp Parsley (tbsp, chopped)
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and allspice. Mix gently until just combined.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs in batches and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

Sprinkle flour into the skillet drippings and whisk for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in beef broth and bring to a simmer.

Stir in cream and simmer until sauce thickens, 5-7 minutes.

Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
