Tuna Patties in Green Sauce - Mexican Fish and Seafood

Ingredients

  • 2 can Canned tuna
  • 3 piece Potato (cooked and mashed)
  • 0.5 piece Onion (chopped)
  • 2 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 0.25 bunch coriander (chopped)
  • 1 piece Green chili (chopped, optional)
  • 1 to_taste Salt
  • 1 to_taste Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 4 piece Tomato
  • 0.25 piece Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 bunch coriander
  • 2 piece Green chili
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the green sauce: Blend tomatoes, onion, garlic, coriander, green chilies, water, chicken broth, and salt until smooth.

  2. In a bowl, combine canned tuna (drained), mashed potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped coriander, chopped green chili (optional), salt, and pepper.

  3. Shape the mixture into patties.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

  5. Fry the tuna patties until golden brown on both sides.

  6. Pour the green sauce over the patties and simmer for 5 minutes.
