Apple Paste - Turkish Dessert

Ingredients

  • 0.5 kg Apple
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon (grated)
  • 3 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the apples.

  2. Place the chopped apples and cinnamon in a pot.

  3. Cook over low heat for about 50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples soften and the mixture thickens.

  4. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until smooth.

  5. Let cool and serve.
