- 0.5 kg Apple
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tbsp Lemon (grated)
- 3 tsp Sugar
Instructions

Peel and chop the apples.

Place the chopped apples and cinnamon in a pot.

Cook over low heat for about 50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples soften and the mixture thickens.

Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until smooth.
