Ingredients
- 1 piece Eggs
- 90 g Granulated sugar
- 90 g All-purpose flour
- 50 g Sunflower oil
- 50 g Milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 piece Vanilla bean
- 0.5 piece Custard cream (half dose)
- 100 g Blueberries
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk the egg with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Add the oil, milk, vanilla, flour, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured 20cm springform pan.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool completely. Top with custard cream and fresh blueberries before serving.
