Blueberry Cake - Italian Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Eggs
  • 90 g Granulated sugar
  • 90 g All-purpose flour
  • 50 g Sunflower oil
  • 50 g Milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 piece Vanilla bean
  • 0.5 piece Custard cream (half dose)
  • 100 g Blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the egg with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

  2. Add the oil, milk, vanilla, flour, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.

  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 20cm springform pan.

  4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  5. Let the cake cool completely. Top with custard cream and fresh blueberries before serving.
