Ingredients
- 320 g Spaghetti
- 4 clove Garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Espelette pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.

While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over low heat.

Add minced garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Drain the spaghetti, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.

Add the spaghetti to the pan with the garlic oil. Toss to coat.

Add a pinch of Espelette pepper, salt, and black pepper. Toss again.

If the pasta seems dry, add a little of the reserved pasta water.

Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
