Ingredients
- 500 g Prawns
- 150 g Spring garlic
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 1 to_taste Salt
- 1 to_taste Black pepper
Instructions

Peel the prawns, leaving the tails on. Chop the spring garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the spring garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until softened.

Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes, until pink and cooked through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately.
