Prawns with Spring Garlic - Spanish Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns
  • 150 g Spring garlic
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • 1 to_taste Salt
  • 1 to_taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the prawns, leaving the tails on. Chop the spring garlic.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the spring garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until softened.

  3. Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes, until pink and cooked through.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve immediately.
