Ingredients
- 500 g Potato
- 150 g Comté cheese
- 2 piece Carrot
- 1 piece zucchini
- 3 piece Eggs
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 250 g Flour
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch paprika
Instructions

Peel and grate the potatoes, carrots and zucchini.

In a bowl, combine the grated vegetables, eggs, crème fraîche, flour, olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika.

Mix well to obtain a homogeneous batter.

Preheat the waffle iron.

Pour a ladle of batter into the waffle iron and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the vegetable waffles hot.
