Vegetable Waffles - French Main Course

Ingredients

  • 500 g Potato
  • 150 g Comté cheese
  • 2 piece Carrot
  • 1 piece zucchini
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 250 g Flour
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes, carrots and zucchini.

  2. In a bowl, combine the grated vegetables, eggs, crème fraîche, flour, olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika.

  3. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous batter.

  4. Preheat the waffle iron.

  5. Pour a ladle of batter into the waffle iron and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Serve the vegetable waffles hot.
